Philps Famous Pasties
We were delighted to be asked to create a juco bag for world famous (we’re not exaggerating, they really are!) Cornish pasty makers Philps.
Based in West Cornwall, Philps have been making pasties fresh every morning since the 1950s when Everett Philp first made pasties for the Cornish Arms in Hayle – he used to make 3,000 a day all by hand!
Now Philps pasties are available worldwide thanks to their pasties-by-post service. And for those really die-hard fans, you can now get Philps t-shirts, hoodies and of course this beautiful bag.
The bag is made from juco – a blend of jute and cotton – which gives a high quality finish while being very durable. The print shows a tray of pasties fresh from the oven!
