You may wonder why there are no prices on our website? This is deliberate… In essence, the reason we don’t have set prices for our products is so that we can suit YOUR individual requirements.

UK and Overseas Options

The eventual cost of the item(s) will depend on many factors; the colour, the amount of print, style, size, final finishing and whether your bag is printed in the UK or Overseas. All of these factors will be discussed with you once we establish your specific needs. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have and supply you with a quote upon request.

UK PRINTING

Printing onto a pre-fabricated Stock bag is different to printing onto the flat panels of an overseas Bespoke bag.

There are set print areas for each of our stock bags, set by the printing machines here in the UK. Have a read of the breakdown below for any further questions you may have.

Minimum Order:

100 bags

Printed Panels:

You can only print on the front and back of our prefabricated stock bags.

Printed Side Panels:

Unfortunately it is not possible to print on the side panels of our UK stock bags. The bags are in one piece and the side panels are sewn together and pleated, therefore printing upon them is not possible.

Dyed Panels:

Stock bags come in our set colour schemes. If a custom colour is what you desire then perhaps look at our overseas service.

Dyed Handles:

The handles on our UK stock bags are predetermined by our set colour schemes therefore this cannot be changed.

OVERSEAS PRINTING

Overseas printing opens up your options with regards to custom bag colours, bag sizes, designs and edge-to-edge printing.Plus the additional details like coloured handles, swing tags and a sewn-in label.

Printed Panels:

You have the freedom to print on ALL of the panels with our overseas bags.

Printed Side Panels:

The side panels are printed before the bags are stitched together, so you can have an edge-to-edge side panel print if you want.

Dyed Panels:

You can dye every panel of your bespoke bag. You can specify the colour scheme and we can recommend the best options to suit your needs.

Dyed Handles:

You can specify the colour of your handles. Not only that, you can specify the type of handles you require on an overseas bag.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY


Lead Time: 7-10 days for printed stock (48 hours for plain stock).

The rates for delivery to the UK mainland will be worked out by your account manager, and this depends on your quantity.

Standard delivery means that goods will be dispatched within 2 working days though it is possible that the goods may arrive earlier, if the stock is available.

All orders are sent using our reliable courier service. In certain circumstances we will also use a palletised delivery service depending on the size and weight of the products that you order. If you are unable to accept delivery within this time frame, please call our helpline to arrange an alternative delivery schedule.

UK EXPRESS (Mainland)


We will endeavour to ship all orders received within 3 working days of approval.

Orders are dispatched as one delivery once we have all items in stock, we can split orders, however this is at our discretion.

All orders are sent using our reliable courier service. In certain circumstances we will also use a palletised delivery service depending on the size and weight of the products that you order. If you are unable to accept delivery within this time frame, please call our helpline to arrange an alternative delivery schedule.

OVERSEAS SEA FREIGHT


If your bag requires overseas printing (bespoke bags), your products will be printed overseas from our Sedex approved factory in Kolkata, India.

Lead Time: Approx 3 months (12 weeks)

You can expect to receive your order within 3 months from artwork sign off. More often than not your order will be received sooner however, due to unforeseen shipping reasons for example the weather, delays can sometimes occur.

We will keep you updated throughout the entire delivery and pride ourselves on an excellent sea freight service with a 99% customer satisfaction record (which isn’t bad in 11 years of trading!).

OVERSEAS AIR FREIGHT


If your bag requires overseas printing (bespoke bags), your products will be printed overseas from our Sedex approved factory in Kolkata, India.

Lead Time: 4-6 Weeks (bespoke)

With an overseas air freight service, you can expect to receive your order within 4 to 8 weeks from artwork sign off. This is a great option if you are short on time, although obviously this isn’t the best form of transportation with the environment in mind.

We advise you to plan ahead and give us as much notice as possible to ensure a cheaper order for you and a more sustainable form of delivery like sea freight.
