School Fundraising Bags: Sponsored School Bags are an Excellent Fundraising Concept

School Fundraising Bags. King Charles School in Falmouth hosted a successful autumn fair which saw hundreds flocking to the event.

The fair featured lots of fun stalls, including face-painting, a tombola, penalty shoot-out and a guess-the-weight stall. In addition, GoJute’s Charlie Guidal was selling the school PTA sponsored jute bags with her son Jacob.

The Jute Bags were designed by the team at GoJute and featured poignant words associated with Falmouth in a cool and contemporary typography design.  On the reverse of the jute bags 10 local businesses sponsored the bags and in return had their logo printed. The bags sold brilliantly in a selection of colours from grey to pink to green, and were sold for £3 each or two for £5

The fair raised around £1,700 which will go towards enhancing the children’s experience at King Charles, including new outdoor learning areas, theatre trips and sports equipment.

PTA chair, Kevin Osborne, said: “We were delighted to see the school packed for such a fun event. It was so nice to welcome all new parents and carers to such a happy fund-raising activity.”
